Helpful Tips for Enrollment

• Address: Please use the billing address associated with your direct bottler account for accuracy.
• Additional Details: In the “Relevant Details” section, share specifics about your purchasing needs or any questions you have about the program.
• Account Numbers: Include any and all Customer ID Numbers so we can link all of your accounts. If you purchase through more than one bottler or manufacturer, include the other account numbers in the “Relevant Details” section.
